Customer Service Associate

We’re building an industry-leading customer service team, and looking for a rock-star customer service associate to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers. You will answer customer emails and phone calls in a dynamic and fun environment that is vape-friendly!

 
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver a world-class customer service experience to our customers via email and phone
  • Ability to handle and manage high volumes of inbound customer calls and emails while maintaining a high level of service quality
  • Develop a full knowledge of our full line of products and policies, and leverage your knowledge to help customers who inquire about our products, their orders, or other customer-service related issues

Who You Are
  • Customer service professional with at least 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in an eCommerce setting
  • Experience/knowledge of the vape/e-liquid industry is a huge plus
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and various eCommerce order management and CRM systems
  • Detail-orientated, self-motivated, and highly organized

Sales Representative / Brand Specialist

Looking for an experienced and hard-working individual to join our B2B Sales Team

 
What You’ll Do
Sales
  • Call/email existing wholesale customers on a regular basis to ensure they are fully stocked on inventory and help place new orders as necessary while providing the highest quality of service, and with a full knowledge of our product catalog
  • Take incoming inquiries/calls regarding new prospective wholesale accounts
  • Nurture and develop new sales opportunities through intake of existing customer feedback
  • Make outbound calls to bring in new clients

Client Service and Account Maintenance
  • Deliver a world-class customer service experience to our wholesale customers via email and phone
  • Learn the entire line-up of products that we carry; learn to use our custom administrative software interface that allows for order processing, tracking orders, and customer service
  • Handle and manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails while maintaining a high level of service quality
  • Simultaneously handle customers in different phases of the Order and Follow-Up process beginning with sales, order input and processing, and post-order follow-up and re-ordering

Who You Are
  • Extremely proficient working in front of a computer, and with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience working with CRM systems, eCommerce shopping carts/platforms, and other business management software a plus
  • Ability to type 70+ WPM
  • Highly organized and logical thinker
  • Detail-orientated and self-motivated
